How to Fill UPSC IES/ISS Online Form 2025
| Step | Description |

| Photo Instruction | Photo should not be older than 10 days, with candidate’s name & date mentioned on it. |
| OTR Registration | One-Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory for applying. No application will be accepted without it. |
| Application Period | Apply online from 12 Feb 2025 to 04 Mar 2025. |
| Exam Center Selection | Exam centers are limited; apply early to get your preferred city. If a city appears in red, it is full. |
| Final Submission | After completing the application, take a final printout for future reference. |
